Document ManagementIMS Document Management is designed to assist the medical office in handling the huge amount of paperwork that flows in and out of a practice.  Document Management is directly connected to Multi-Scan, Letter Writer, Fax, Reminders, and Notes to “file” or categorize documents for easy access.  This allows a user-friendly, easily-accessible digital document file cabinet organized by patient, letters, visit notes, faxes, labs, prescriptions, graphs, and cases.

Central repository for all patient documents:  One click takes you to one screen where all
patient-related information can be viewed and retrieved, and no more missing charts

Automatic and intuitive category separation for document types:  X-rays are kept with x-rays,
lab results with lab results, etc.

Ability to set up document organization to contain the following sorting detail:  Category of document (Fax, labs, letters, etc.), date received, priority of documents, name of sender (Fax), action taken (i.e., document forwarded, etc.), or visit date

Unlimited client categories:  Add as many tab categories as necessary to—chart organization made easy

bullet

Ability to access all patient documents from either Chart View or the Patient Documents Screen with a single click
