The IMS Fax Management module is fully integrated with the IMS suite of modules.  It delivers system flexibility, allowing integration of faxes with patient files and eliminating the need to perform the extra step of printing.  It also incorporates stamp and signatures on outgoing faxes, as well as receipt notification. 

The IMS Fax Management module allows you to perform the following functions without ever having to leave the screen you are working from:
 

	Request authorizations and referrals
	Submit lab requests
	Access lab results
	Generate new prescriptions and authorize refills directly to patients’ pharmacies
